The warmer temperatures of the summer term change our classrooms into a tropical paradise - yes, our summer term topic takes us to the depths of the rainforests!
Our work in English, however, takes a slightly chillier tone as we learn the many different tricks authors use to make their readers' spines tingle. We explore some slightly-scary stories by a range of classic and modern authors, and have a go at writing our own thrilling tale!
