ACTIVATING YOUR PARENTPAY ACCOUNT
Once your child is on roll at St Paul’s you will receive an activation letter with a username and password details. In order to book lunches online you will need to activate your ParentPay account. Until you have registered and verified your contact details we are also unable to send you emails, newsletters, trip information or SMS messages.
The system has been implemented primarily to assist our effort to remove cash and cheques from school but will also simplify our communication system. Please set up your account by following the instructions on the ParentPay website. You will then be asked to supply an email address and will receive an email to verify your account. You can then change your password and the account should be ready to use.
You can book all of your childs lunches on a weekly or termly basis, which will be free whilst they are in Key Stage 1. The cut off for ordering lunches is the Tuesday prior to the following week's menu. You can go in at any time and change the menu options if your child does not like a lunch they have previously been given and you want to change it for another option. Again this needs to have been done by the Tuesday of the week before. Please always ensure you ‘SAVE' your meal options.
The school will always advise when lunches are available to be ordered online for a new term via email.
For any trips or special activities where a payment is requested, this is straightforward on ParentPay by adding things into your basket. You will see the item listed against your child's account with a description of the activity but should also have received a letter about the activity from the school by email. You would then go ahead and pay for your items.
No card details are stored in any part of the system. ParentPay is a free service for you to use and provides the school with up to date contact details for emergencies and future communications. If any of your details change, please let the school know and also update this yourself in ParentPay in your Account.
If you already have school age children you can go to the Add a child tab to join the
accounts for all your children which attend schools that use ParentPay.
